How much does a custom tutu/costume cost?
Custom costumes are all priced based on individual design. It is often the embellishments that result in a higher price of a costume. Material cost, design details and labor intensively are all things that add to the cost.
Most of my custom order tutus sell in the 450-650 USD price range
Talisman/Cupid style costumes start from 250 USD.
How long does it take for my custom tutu/costume to be ready?
Date of completion depends on when the order is placed. On average a custom tutu/costume will be completed within 4-8 weeks. This also depends on the time of the year. Fall/winter being the most busy time of the year and Summer the least.

Is it possible to place a rush order?
Yes.If you want to place a rush order please let me know what you need ASAP via the contact form.
Rush order fee (+30% of cost of costume minimum) applies to all orders that need completion in 4 weeks or less. If I am able to honor your rush order request depends on your costume need.
Shipping/International shipping
Shipping cost are additional to the price of a tutu/costume. Shipping cost for custom orders are calculated based on your location. RTW costumes ship at a flat rate fee.
Can you replicate this costume for me?
In some cases I can make a replica of a costume I have made in the past.
I do not replicate work of other designers. Designs are intellectual property of the designer.
Deposits, payment and payment options.
If a deposit is required, and if so how much, depends on the custom order placed. Deposits are always required for group costumes. Payment is due in full before shipment/pick-up.
Payment goes online via secure checkout. Apple Pay, Credit/Debit card or PayPal. Cash and/or Cheques are not accepted.
Do you accept/accomodate returns/exchanges/refunds?
No. All sales are final.
How do I purchase a RTW tutu?
RTW costumes are available for purchase in the webshop.
I do not sell my RTW costume via other shops and do not work with drop shippers.
RTW costumes sell on first come, first served basis, no holds.
How often are new RTW tutu/costumes listed?
New RTW costumes are listed regularly. I strive to have at least some new costumes onIine every two weeks. completed. Looking for a specific style/variation costume? Please inquire.
Do you have an ambassador program?
I do not. I do sometimes look for models for promotional pictures. Please follow my socials to keep up to date with model searches.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? Coupon codes?
I do not offer wholesale pricing. I am only a small business. I do have the Coupon codes every now and then. Coupon codes are announced on my social media platforms.
