Made to order snow Queen tutu. 
I have materials to make a couple so available until I run out of fabric ;) 
- Lined white bodice with princess seams. 
- 10 layers of hand pleated tutu net. 9 layers are white, 1 contrast layer is light blue. All layers have hand cut pointed finishes to tap in to that snow theme even more. 
- Hoop channel in middle layer. (Hoop sold separately). White attached briefs. 
- White lace embroidery and snow flake appliqués placed along the neckline and on tutu skirt, flaring out from the hips. Lots of AB and light blue gemstones placed on top of lace. 
- Comes with matching arm pieces.

The tutu I the picture is size adult Small. Minor differences in lace placement might be there depending on size.
